  I have been going to this salon for years now. Usually for tips, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Well i had gone the other day and figured i would get my dye done there cause they are so good with other things. Well i went and as soon as the dye was put on I told her that it was burning. She ignored me, said my scalp was too clean and let it sit. I ended up having scabs on my scalp that i didn't feel until i left. I recently went to the doctor to have it looked at and she said that i had a reaction to the dye but the lady should of taken it off right away. I called the salon to tell them...well she wasn't so willing to work out anything. Not only did i pay the $65 for the dye and cut, i also tipped about $15 and my doc co pay was $50. Well she said that she would give me my money back for the dye. Which maybe $30-$40. I just feel so frustrated cause i was a regular customer and she ignored me when i complained about the burn.
